Kate Donaldson

t’s little wonder that Kate Donaldson is a familiar name and face to many locals, after all she’s been living in the Diamond Valley her whole life. Growing up on a farm in Panton Hill, and attending Diamond Creek Primary school and Eltham College, Kate has a deep understanding of what makes this area so special.

Kate began her real estate career after many years working in various customer service roles. “I have always had a passion for property and I love helping people realize their dreams. Working in real estate is not a job for me, it’s an absolute pleasure” says Kate.

Kate has an uncanny knack of making people feel immediately at ease. Her positive and empathetic nature provides confidence and support to her many valued clients and customers.

After completing her full real estate licence at Swinburne University, Kate decided to commence her own real estate agency. “I am so excited to introduce my new agency, built on empathy, integrity, and experience. I know that Diamond Valley residents will appreciate our honest old fashioned service”

When not at the office, Kate enjoys spending time at her property in Cottles Bridge and watching her two sons play football locally.
